Orders & Payments


 

Partystyle can take orders via our website, phone or email.  We are happy to discuss details over the phone & finalise arrangements for your event. 

 

Payment can be by debit or credit card over the phone,or by direct payment into our bank account (cash deposit or electronic transfer).  Details are available on request.

 

For smaller bookings we ask for payment when you place your order.  For larger orders we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £50 which secures the date & also the time we need to create your decorations.  Once your deposit is paid, you can make decisions about colours, designs, decorative weights etc at your leisure.  The balance is due two weeks before the event.  

 

We are currently taking bookings up to December 2013.  Certain dates, particularly Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays get booked up very quickly, so a deposit will give you peace of mind!  Some balloon arrangements are suitable for you to collect from us by arrangement if you prefer.  Arches, & some complex designs, however, don't travel well & we would need to install them on-site.

 

Delivery

 

Our minimum delivery charge is £10 & varies according to distance.  Our fee for decorating is charged according to how long it takes to install your chosen arrangements.  A Budget Package of 10 trios, for example, would be £12.50 for us to set up for you.
