Terms and Conditions

1. Events booked require a non refundable booking fee of £50 to secure the date
2. All final balances must be paid 2 weeks prior to the function
3. In paying for your order you are agreing to these terms and conditions
4. The person placing the order is responsible for ensuring that Partystyle staff have adequate access to the venue in order to prepare and construct your decorations.
5. Partystyle reserves the right to alter the decorations where necessary if original design is unsuitable on the day and to substitute unavailable balloons with appropriate alternatives
6. If the event is outdoors, Partystyle will not be held responsible for balloons being damaged as a result of the weather conditions, or if the venue is an environment not conducive to balloons ie rough surfaces.
7. Balloon decorations are purely for decorative purposes and Partystyle is not liable for any misuse of balloons.  All children must be supervised when using balloons. 
8. Warning! Children under the age of 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated balloons.  Keep uninflated balloons away from children. Discard broken balloons at once.  Helium  must never be inhaled - it is dangerous!
9. Foil balloons must not be intentionally released outside for environmental reasons & to prevent shorting power lines, & they should be individually tied to suitable weights.
10. Items used to secure balloon decorations such as weights are not suitable for young children. They are not toys.
11. Partystyle staff will ensure that your decorations are in good order and take photographs before leaving the venue but cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the decorations once we have left.

Please remember that your beautiful arrangements are made from balloons, & balloons do sometimes pop spontaneously!
